How to Stay Motivated When You're Getting Older
As they say, father time is undefeated. How do you stay motivated in that case? Andi: For me personally, i would ably want to do when i get to a point wheresim no longer going to run as fast as i am able to know or have been historically. I'll probably still keep running in my life and show up at races and test myself. But i may just be a little more holistic in that i start looking at strength training as less of a supplementary activity and more of a coequal with running.
