The Effect of Ultra Processed Foods on Gut Health

The gut bacteria themselves make dopamine, serotonin and peptides that look just like neuropeptide, YY or ghrelin. Then when your gut microbiome is changed, the happiness signals, the fullness signals, the anti-inflammatory signals aren't going to be there. And so what that makes me realize, like all these diet wars, vegan, paleo, you know, doesn't matter if you're eating ultra processed foods, they're all bad for that gut.
