The Importance of Fajita Fries

I like all purpose. Whenever I'm doing like fries at home, which I rarely ever do, but I find myself leaning towards AP or all purpose. Yukon Gold for some reason doesn't do it for me. In New York, apparently they have the best franchise in New York. It's called Balthazar. Also I think Shaquille O'Neal or Michael Jordan has like the biggest French fry in the world.
