Hip Flexor Strength Training for Runners
Hip flexers are important to runners, even if you don't think there's anything wrong with your hip. You should include some hip hip flexor strength into your routine. Iply a lot of plimetrics to a lot of hipplexer activation. One exercise that i love is for runners, is when your n kind of like a lunge position,. and you perform a lunge, and then you bring that knee, the back knee, a knee drive mimics that full range emotion from the hip fleion to the hip extension. So it's very functional in its own right but also can be used as part of an overall fitness regime.
