On a d load week, i might still do an interval session, but instead of going building up from that previous week's 18 total minutes, i might just step back again to nine. And then on what would end of being that fifth week after the d load then i'll continue that build up and maybe target 21 minutes, 24 minutes, or whatever. Ultimately, like the grand scope with this, i'm trying to do just enough so that my body's going to take that recover from it and get a little bit stronger.
