The Importance of Focusing on the Front of the Airplane

I don't think there's anyone pushing it harder than the other. As you know, we are basically serving all of them. And I wouldn't want to call one particular carrier, you're necessarily out. The industry and we particularly are innovative enough to find ways to not delinquish or to reduce the service that is delivered. But clearly, this happens with a time lag and all of this needs a lot of focus and attention to detail.
