Teaching in Primary Schools

As kids go up through the school system, very often they me more mute, right? You know? And often there is a culture of, this performative culture of fear in the classroom. Many teachers don't know it. They haven't realized that that dynamic is there. And they haven't realized they could she change it, that they could shift it.
