What's the Future of Sherry?
Sherry is a wine of process and my brand of always what that Sherry is almost reverse champagne. I think it really creates a super amazing conversation with the region rebranding to opening the doors to new aging areas, allowing for unfortified Sherry. But I think it'll take a lot of time and something crazy to happen to change the paradigm as well.
