In the performance world, we see h r v biofed back as a level three for optimize performance in baseball, basket ball, dance and engolf. In order to gain an understanding of why h r v is important, we must take a dive into the field of psycho physiology. What happens within our psychological processes can influence our phys ological processes, and vice versa. We have to think of this relationship as both dynamic and bi directional in nature. This means that it is constantly changing depending on the state of the organism, and communicates in both directions.
