Should We Do Sarding in Our Training?

Sarding can be good practice every session, but you probably don't want to be practising it throughout the whole session. Maybe you do a little bit in in the warm up, even if it's half your sessions just to am, just to get used to it. i feel like for myself and other athletes, yo struggle to translate with is when you're doing breathing drills or stroke drills.
