Allies Are Not a Bad Thing, It's a Behavior

Allyship is not a badge, it's a behavior. Just knowing what an alla is doesn't automatically make you an ally. Speaking up on behalf of others without asking them or deeply listening and understanding how they want isn't really allyship. The only thing that i would add there is that at microso we really a, we also partnered with kengioshino from the nau centre of belonging and inclusion.
