What Are My Three Non Negotiable Daily Practices?

i like to think of this not only as meaning and purpose, but like doing things where you feel, at times, fully engaged. If i can do those three things every day, that gives me a great base line. I don't really even need to pay too much attention to what i eat. And when it's really bare bones, it's just a forty five minute walk, a block of 60 to 90 minutes deep work and getting sleep. That can carry me through for quite long time. So those are my three daily practices. Steve, if you had to name your three daily minimum effective dose practices, what would they be?
