Do You Know Why Glicage Depletion Is Not an Issue for Lifters?
A lot of the caviats as to why glicage and replenishment is not a consideration for lifters start to get chipped away at when you start to talk about a high volume programme, where you do two a day training. If you are training the same muscle group with a reasonably high volume twice in the same day, i probably err on the side of you. Now what? Why not have a an immediate post workout carbohydrate source to make sure that, you know, glicagen depletion is not an issue?
