i stopped eating plain food a long time o like a fasting, like a do t even touch plain food. I can't do that because i'm really sensitive to the to the sugar levels in my blood. If i eat wrong and eat too much at lunch, then i have the same problem. Blod sugar goes all over the playe. This is interesting termsof i think what you're saying also is that there are things that we can do, like changing our diet, in our life style, to become more sensitive.
