How to Break Up Your Workouts

On an average, about 20 of the 30 days, I finish the other 50 during my workout. If I was doing a lot of work behind the computer and at my desk, I just kept the band at my desk and every 30 to 60 minutes, you know, I banged out 15 to 20 reps.
