How to Use a Band to Improve Your Pull-Ups

Use a band or lap hold on if you don't have access to either of them. With the band, it's giving you assistance at the wrong part of the movement. A lot of people will see doing band assisted pull-ups forever and never actually getting a pull-up. If you're not confident in the gym, that can be quite intimidating. But like finding the right band, attaching it in the right way is key.
