The Parson Who Catastrophizes
The parson struggles with catastrophizing when they greet a friend. Their negative, automatic thought is to assume that the other person hates them or is rejecting em in some way. So how do they challenge that? Next time they say hello to some one. And if the parson isn't exuberant, they might go to that parson later on in the day. They'll find that parson and ask him: 'Amyo, you seemed a bit off?' It's not accusing the person of being rowed, but what they're doing is using empty thinking. You grow towards becoming the healthy, happy human being that you deserve to be. Just like lifting weights
