The perfect candidate for a ketogenic diet is somebody who's overweight and has really trouble with appetite control. The three insulin are straight up insulin resistance, micronutrients, and the third one is insulin autoantibodies. Once this person is laying, I would want to reintroduce carbs to get fiber back in the diet to increase exercise performance. And also in the interest of getting a more diverse range of nutrients, I would absolutely want to introduce carbs back in.
