Is There a Link Between the Bi Carbonate Buffering System and Performance Gains?
The faster we breathe, the less time we have to get air in. We move ore air out quickly. And something that we had mentioned before is that, you know, this is really oftentimes to be driving off some bon dioxide. When we start to end up in a situation, perhaps while we're accumulating acedosis in our body, our body can use the bi carbonate buffering system to help alleviate the acedotic condition.
