I think another thing we need to add to longevity and health of the brain is happiness. We know that even with Alzheimer's disease, like, you know, one of the things that they start to withdraw away from people are social connections. So being able to form relationships throughout the lifespan is also going to help with the growth of the brain. Loneliness is a toxin. That may be something else that we'll talk about in the future.
