Do You Work as a Consultant?

The job title performance specialists is a new one to us here. So ho, how would you describe what i'm doing? I like that because you're setting expectations. You're saying, this is what i do, and don't expect me to do anything else. The problem nowadays is that people use the word consulting for meaning something else. It's just a contractor.
