Ike: The brain is a part of the body. It's alsoyou. You're training your brain just as much. Exercise has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to prevent cognitive decline. And if you're hung up on how much weight can i lift, that's not the point. I'm trying to make the movement beautiful now in this phase. That changes the mind and it kind of phasing out the benefits of that phase. We are chasing here as we are trying to get so good at that movement and getting better each time.
