You want to look for foods that are very high carb, but lower in like protein and fat. So pancakes, waffles, pancakes syrup on them, oatmeal with brown sugar,. cream of rice or cream of wheat is going to be a little bit lower fiber than oatmeal well bees. And then snacking like high carb granola bars throughout the day. Some athletes will even do a four day carb load if they really just struggle with hitting those numbers.
