The situation appraisal is what you need to do to make sure that you're not going to have a list of questions. So my process is the leads come in bound either through my website or people and message me direct through LinkedIn. Once I get on a discovery call, I always book 15 minutes. And so it's a, you know, mostly a listening session. But I do take some notes, the most burning problems that I'm hearing.
