Do You Know How to Get Your Heart Rate Above 85 %?

Three times a week, do four minutes of high intensity work. Your heart rate should be at 85 % your max heagt rate or higher. Spin nice and light at 50%. Just keep the legs moving. This will clear some of the t lactic acid so yor muscles won't feel like thyv got lead in them. And then you go again. Maybe you want to do two, three or four times,. Have a five minute cool down, and then right.
