The Pomodoro Technique
The pomadoro technique is the idea that you spend 25 minutes doing something ith a lot of focus, and then you take a five minute break. We all have different rhythms, and i think 25, five is a good rule for how many breaks we should be taking by my general rule of thumb is foreve one hour, every 60 minutes of work that we do, we should break for about 15 minutes. But yet, i think that speaks to the fundamental rule, take the advice that works for you and leave the rest.
