When we use our visual system in a particular way, bring it to a point of focus, it recruits chemical and neural systems in our brain body that put us into a state of readiness and pursuit. And the effect works in the other direction too. When dopumin is increased, our visual attention for particular things out in space increase. So i always say, behavior tools first, then nutritional tools, then supplementation tools, and then, if it's right for you and safe, maybe you advance into some of the more sophisticated tools.
