The Importance of HRV in Training

HRV is the response of our body and not just an additional metric to monitor our training. With a B plus workout, we're giving our body a stress that is manageable that we can handle. And so we can bounce back pretty quickly and continue our training normally without suppressing our HRV. We should aim for D plus workouts more frequently maybe than what we can do with work outs.
