The Wavering of French and Italian Cuisine

When we get to very specific kinds of Korean cuisine, I think it starts to flatten out because there's no place else for that to go. French food is now back in Vogue, right? And if you look in again, when I say New York, I'm saying this because it is been a place to emanate a lot of cultural ideas and food. We're just not, we just haven't had that cycle with other foods other than French and Italian to really process.
