The Different Types of Perfectionism

The more we can talk about exercise and movement as this very inclusive and open thing, the better it is for people. I think that's something like again, referring back to my journey as a trainer. My dad has never wanted to like exercise properly in the way that mean you would deem as like exercising. But recently, he's got into hiking and walking and climbing hills in Scotland. And he just absolutely has loved it. He only got into it because somebody opened these eyes to the fact that like, well, you could just walk like that could become your thing that form of exercise. So yeah, perfectionism, there's how we understand it colloquially - depending on your orientation
