Are You Aware of What Your Attention Is Doing?

If we are distracted away or not aware, we misse out on the f spectrum of the human experience. We can do something to return ourselves an use the term centring sike. It's like bringing ourselves back into this moment with that meta awareness enhances everything. If i want to be really present and i'm thinking about that level of atonement, there's a way that it centrs me. But if i am not aware that, you're going to end up stopping the conversation,. imto have been in another thought and be distracted and come back.
