I like to hit my forehead on the kettlebell every opportunity I can because I think yeah well you're an idiot okay. of them I agree with and they don't defend it or explain it or help help you out even something as simple as a YouTube video for God's sake that's not very hard to do that stop on stop giving your money you know unfriend themYou know there's a whole bunch of people in this industry that live on those are the questions that frustrate me.
