Should I Do Leg Presses?

Exercises on which you have a good stimulus to fatigue ratio means you're getting pumps or you're getting sore. If your joints feel great, your muscles are getting stimulated well. But for the last entire mesocycle, let's say five weeks, you haven't gotten at all stronger on a movement. And it might be a good idea to switch in another exercise and introduce leg extensions so you can continue to make gains.
