Natia has been a stick, you know, oe her whole life. She was what we call a tophy, thin on the outside and fat on the inside. And luckily she didn't get your was her attitude, and hopefully she stays that way. In hind sight, i actually did do quite a lot of fasting. N i didn't eat very well, and that's powhy i had piece o ast in the first place. So it's really a sort of a body composition. The scale just tells us the total amount of weight. It doesn't tell us how much fat you have, or howMuch fat you don't.
