Multi-use cards are here to stay, says game designer. It lets you compress a lot of stuff into a little bit of space so you can get a lot of gameplay options in one card. Publishers probably find it appealing if they're doing a game where they really are trying to be price conscious and where the price point of the game might be by being able to put so much on a card.
