The Effects of 30 Grams of Protein on Muscle Protein Synthesis

30 grams of dietary protein as a minimum to stimulating M-TOR, which is a mechanistic target of rapamycin. A 30 gram protein meal could be a little over four ounces of chicken. And by the way, this 30 grams three times a day, I think that we could probably blame you because it is really based on your earlier research. Okay. So first of first, we think that that meal threshold is key. It absolutely is. The net daily muscle protein synthesis went up. But there's not great data to show how that translates into body composition or blood pressure.
