Recent studies show that when people are talking on the phone, they may be better at like turn taking if it's like a group rather than zoom. People are really tuned into verbal cues if the phone is down and they're not writing other things. I will often say to myself before the call be where your ears are. And then also thinking like making it into a game. What do what am I hearing in this in this person's voice? What are my guesses as to how they're feeling?"
