The Importance of Listening Out Loud
Jonathan: I think that we don't understand the value of a potential client hearing what they think out loud by saying it. It's very common that relationship dynamics that you aren't privy to are going to play a role in both your coaching and, of course, the selling of your coaching. "I'm not here to judge whether it makes sense or not," he says about his clients' thoughts on their relationships. 'No disrespect to our clients out there listening.'
