The Four Ps to Building a Brand
Peter Thiel says, don't worry about investing in brand until you have 50 mil ARR kind of thing. I find when people are starting out, the founders are the brand. They're the people selling it to investors like they embody the brand. And so this gets back to the four Ps: Brand is what the whole organization serves and brand is not a division of the design department. It's not an ad campaign, but that doesn't mean you're not building a brand.
