How to Attribute Your Brand to Your Customers
I think, like you were saying right at the start, there's definitely still a place though to be posting regularly, especially for a new customer. One of the things that I often look at when I'm sort of sussing out a brand to buy from is do they ever reply to these comments? And it actually then trains me that if I do have an issue or a question or I love it, I'm going to tell them that on social and they're probably going to reply - which is equally as important. How do you attribute? Obviously, the DM's as simple because you can see I've made some orders, or you can see we these people we did interact with
