The time to peak test is like a training cycle. It's not something you can just take online. You have to be right on and if you're before or after it, you're screwed. I don't worry about peaking. I just want to keep maintaining strength. And I feel like if I go into a meet with enough rest, I'll have a little extra than what I did in training.
