Using Technology for the Computational Aspects of Mathematical Learning
If you need to use technology in order to do the tational aspects so that the child can focus on the concept, perhaps the problem is not appropriate. I dew you'd be giving problems if the students trying to master a new concept wouldn't be getting in the way of focusing on the concept when you're first learning it. So i guess part of the question would be, what gives rise to the need to using technology for the computational aspects? And is it just the nature of the domain, or is itjust the selection of problems that you're choosing to provide at given point.
