Are You Going for a Walk?

i made such a point of going for a walk pretty much every single time i had a break, or doing a little bit of yoga or medi itating. Take intentional brakes 20 to 25 % of the day. Remember that about 90 minute rythm. If you do track your sleep and you find that the length of a sleep cycle is longer or shorter than that 90 minutes,. You can calibrate your day to keep that ratio of 90 or more.
