The Effect of Fiber on Diarrhea

Some people who eat a ton of fiber can become very diarrhea prone and paradoxically other people with their different magical unicorns, no flake bodies will find that it actually makes them more constipated. Because we're all so unique, you should not assume that there is a perfect number of fiber that all human beings are going to be equally tolerate and feel good. If you do the same exact thing and you don't feel awesome, like you have a different body, but too much fiber can predispose to diarrhea or constipation or be perfectly fine.
