The Variability of Protein Intake in Ketogenic Diets

There is a fair about variability there. I mean, even in the studies that are gracious enough to give us the individual data, we do see a range in there. So somebody could be eating 50 grams of carbs and barely have any ketones in their blood and have to drop it down to 30 or 20 grams of carbs per day. Or somebody else might be eating 80 or even possibly up to 100 if they're targeting their carb intake around exercise sessions. And they might be over one millimole per liter of ketones intheir blood.
