For those wearing an ora ring or tracking sleep, it's tot just tat. It's not what you're looking for in terms of total hourscase. Pay attention to deep sleep and r m sleep. And a great example for resembles the snooze button. Once that button goes off, it's just light sleep. I mean, i give myself about three minutes to cuddle with the dogs. But think about, ok, before i check email, before i get reactive, what do i want to do with my day? What do i wanting to accomplish this ideal and service of my bigger goal,. So that's somethingtat's worth while doing.
