Can You Eat Too Much Protein in the Morning?

There is a time and place for the amount of carbs or protein that your body prefers. Most people think you might do better if you shift more of your calories earlier in the day, particularly yo ater meta ses. So i think not having a dinner too close to bedtime does help with sleep quality. But i don't worry too much about macnuchant distribution during the day, becaue i tink there are much bigger levers to pull,. such as diet quality and total chloricin takeen and all that kind uff.
