i showed up to a new job at google, and the team was under performing. So i start talking to kelly in a lot of detail, what's the plan? How we goig to fix this? How we going to get it right? How can i help? And kelly trots out about 79 spread sheets ither plan. It starts to become immediately clear that kelly's just not getting it done from he leadership nallys obvious atingy. They rere mambe olside, smoking pot in the bathroom. I don't know if that was happening. Didn't do bob a lot of good, but at least i didn't repeat the mistake.
