When you find the sort of circle of those Venn diagrams, that's where your superpowers live. The more you can hand off something to somebody else when it's not going to be your superpower, even if they're worse at it than you, right? That's the trick. So I want to transition into another topic which I love what's close to my heart because I go every year.
