Are You Feeling Hungrier Right Before Your Period?
During this time also, ayour resting metabolic rate is higher. And so that means that we burn more calories during this phase and so we require more calories daily. So i don't know if any of you have ever felt hungrier right before your period? That's because of our resting not abai reate. We should eat more. You could do some some strength training classes, but not trying to push the weight. Maybe add in a couple of extra recovery days.
